Ginuwine (born Elgin Baylor Lumpkin) is an American R&B singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor who began his career as a member of Swing Mob in the early 1990s.

He released a number of multi-platinum and platinum-selling albums and singles back in the days which made him one of R&B’s top artists during the late 1990s and 200s.

Born and raised in Washington, he attended and graduated from Forestville High School.
