Gnana Rajasekharan, a Kerala cadre IAS officer, retired voluntarily to focus on what he loves most and where his heart lies – filmmaking.

Mr.
Rajasekharan, a former playwright, was mostly interested in directing plays when he was younger. Before joining the IAS, the officer spent four years as a technical officer with the Intelligence Bureau in Mumbai, where many of his plays were performed.
