          Yasufumi Nakamori: Exploring Humanity through ‘The Family of Man’

          In 1955, this museum hosted a traveling exhibition called “The Family of Man,” a blockbuster curated by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

          At the helm of the Asia Society Museum in New York, Yasufumi Nakamori is determined to invigorate discourse on Asian art and its global diaspora.

        1. Nakamori is a noted scholar of Japanese art and architecture, who has contributed to numerous exhibition catalogues and taught graduate seminars.
